Chocolate chia pudding

This amazingly chocolaty pudding serves 2 with a prep time off just 10 minutes and a total cooking time being only 15 minutes!

  1. In two separate bowls, combine the chia seeds, maple syrup, cacao powder, chocolate spread and milk.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Place each bowl in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight, to chill.
  4. Once chilled, add the chia pudding to serving glasses.
  5. Top with berries, chocolate shavings, and chopped nuts if desired.

40 grams chia seeds
300 ml plant based milk (I used pistachio milk)
2 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoon chocolate spread
2 tablespoon cacao powder
Optional toppings - chocolate shavings , fresh berries, chopped nuts
