What is the shelf life of your product?
Our nuts will last for 1 year after the production date. Once opened we advise you to consume the product within 3 months.
Our nut butters will last for 1 year after the production date. Once opened we advise you to consume the product within 3 months.
Our pistachio drinks will last for 18 months after the production date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of opening and "best before date".
All best before dates will be clearly stated on every product.
How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place and ensure the products are sealed well.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
We are proud to have all our products approved by Vegan Society. Each product that’s vegan approved will have a note on the product page.
Are your products Kosher approved?
Each product that’s Kosher approved will have a note on the product page.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver our products throughout the UK.
Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes, however, this will be at additional cost and will be calculated at the time of purchase.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times are optional according to your delivery requirements. We will always send confirmation of your chosen delivery date when an order is made. If your delivery has not arrived, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can solve your issue immediately.
Can I return something if I am not happy with the quality?
Not happy with our products? You can return a product for a full refund for up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When returning an item please include the original packing slip where possible. If you don’t have this, please include a note with your order number - otherwise, we might not be able to refund you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
