Make a big batch of jam and muesli at the weekend, assemble them the night before, and drizzle the delicious Sweet Roast Pistachio Butter before you eat!

♥1/2 cup Frozen Blueberry
♥1/2 tbsp Agave Syrup
♥1/8 tsp Flour
Blueberry Chia Pudding
♥1 tbsp Homemade Blueberry Jam
♥3 tbsp Chia Seeds
♥1 cup Plant-based Milk
Homemade Pistachio Muesli
♥2 tbsp Sweet Roast Pistachio Butter
♥3 tbsp Plant-based Yoghurt
Homemade Blueberry Jam:
1.Cook frozen blueberries and agave syrup on a medium heat for around 5-7 minutes
2.Add in the flour, mix well, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes or until thicken, stir occasionally
3.Set aside and let it cool.
Blueberry Chia Pudding:
1.Add plant-based milk and 1 tbsp homemade blueberry jam to the chia seed.
2.Mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Homemade Pistachio Muesli:
1.Layer a glass jar with 2-3 tbsp homemade blueberry jam, homemade muesli, chia pudding, then your choice of plant-based yoghurt.
2.Top it with more homemade muesli. Drizzle with Sweet Roast Pistachio Butter, and top with fresh berries as desired.
