Oats with Blueberries, Kiwi, Pomegranate Seeds and Pistachio Butter

Breakfast Dessert Pistachios Recipe

It’s an easy and delicious start to any morning filled with gluten-free oats, mixed fruit and our Smooth 100% Pure Pistachio Butter which are incredibly nutritious. They lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels so they’re great for weight loss!

With gang fibre and protein, they keep you fuller for longer on the right stuff that keeps you alert throughout the morning and they’re very DELICIOUS…

Ingredients

♥ 1 tbsp Smooth 100% Pure Pistachio Butter
♥ 1 cup gluten-free oats
♥ 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
♥ ½ cup blueberries
♥ 1 kiwi
♥ 1 tbsp desiccated coconuts

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 cup water or dairy milk, non-dairy milk, or something entirely different and a pinch of salt (if desired) to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Stir in 1/2 cup oats and reduce heat to medium; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. The ratio should be somewhere around 2:1. In other words, for every 1 cup of oats, you should add 2 cups of liquid.
  3. But what about all those fancy toppings? GO WILD! Top with our Smooth 100% Pure Pistachio Butter, blueberries, kiwis, pomegranate seeds and sprinkle with desiccated coconuts.

Tip: you can also use a microwave: and put the oats on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir before serving.
