Homemade Pistachio Muesli

Breakfast Pistachios Recipe

Store bought muesli usually contains lots of added nonsense, like sugar, milk powder, addictives etc. This pistachio muesli takes only 10 minutes to make and is highly customisable, most importantly, no NASTIES! Try this recipe and I guranteen you won’t buy ready-made muesli from the shop again!

♥1 cup Rolled Oats (gluten-free if needed)
♥ 1/2 cup  Natural Pistachio Kernels
♥ 1/4 cup Mixed Seeds
1/2 cup Mixed Dried Fruit
 1 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
♥ 1/2 tsp Sea Salt


1.Preheat the oven to 150’C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Add all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients with your clean hands.
3.Spread the mix in a thin layer on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

You can store this pistachio muesli in an air-tight container for up to 15 days. Let it cool before storing.
