Borna’s Simple Monday Evening Pistachio Pasta

It’s Monday, friends, which means no one has given a single second of thought as to what they’re making for dinner this evening. Find this perfect pasta recipe for every occasion – it’s ready in 20 minutes!

Have a go at our Borna’s pasta with pistachio sauce made from our Natural Kernels, one of the most divine pasta dishes that we have to offer – you will not regret.

♥ 1/2 cup Natural Kernels
♥ 75g parmesan
♥ 1 teaspoons salt
♥ 3 spring onions
♥ 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
♥ short pasta
♥ water


  1. Parboil 2/3 of the Natural Kernels. Lightly toast and finely crush the remainder.
  2. Cook the spring onions with the speck in a little olive oil till soft but not coloured.
  3. Blitz the parboiled Natural Kernels with the spring onions, speck and a little of the oil in a food processor, then stir the resulting paste, crushed nuts, parmesan and remainder of the extra-virgin olive.
  4. Cook the pasta and drain, leaving a little of the cooking water in the saucepan. stir in the pistachio sauce and serve with more grated parmesan.
