Avocado Bagel with Pistachios and Maple Syrup

No more time to delay, grab the bagel, ripe the avocado and crack some Simply Roasted Pistachios and you are practically there already!

We promise you will have problems getting out of this avocado bagel with pistachios rut once you try it!

♥1 bagel your favourite flavour, sliced
♥ 2 – 3 tbsp cheese softened
♥ 1 avocado sliced
♥ 2 tbsp Simply Roasted Pistachios chopped
♥ 3 – 4 tsp maple syrup
♥ black pepper and sea salt


Toast bagel until desired crispness. Spread with “cream cheese” and top with avocado slices, then Simply Roasted Pistachios, and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with syrup and enjoy!
