Sweet Potato Toast with Pistachios Recipe

We’ve jumped on the sweet potato toast bandwagon here at Borna – they’re mouthwatering good! We have some topping suggestions that will not only make your toast look amazing but make a snack that will fill you with fuel and satisfy your taste buds. You don’t need any culinary skills to make this simple snack, you just need chop, toast and top.
Half a large sweet potato
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp pepper
♥ Thinly slice the sweet potato either with a sharp knife or a mandolin (be careful of your fingers!)
♥ Drizzle the slices with oil and sprinkle with pepper, don’t forget about the reverse side!
♥ Grill for 5 mins then turn the slices over and grill for a further 5 mins
♥ Choose your topping:
– Pistachio butter banana, agave syrup & dried rose leaves
– Smashed avocado, kernels & cress
– Pistachio butter, Strawberries, Cacao nibs & sunflower seeds
