Our Coco-Nutty Pistachio Butter only consists of two ingredients but has soooo much flavour. There were two reasons why we didn’t add anything else to this simply satisfying nut butter, one: we wanted this butter to be diverse, you can use it in sweet and savoury dishes, and two: because these two ingredients are already dreamy enough together as it is. This pistachio butter is packed to the brim with nutritional benefits! Coconut cream is loaded with fatty acids called, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) fatty acids. MCT increase your energy and help enhance your physical performance.

On top of the fatty acid mentioned above, coconut cream also contains lauric acid, capric acid, caprylic acid, and myristic acid, which are effective fighters against viruses (e.g.flu and measles) and kill bacteria (e.g. infections and food poisoning). You know what that means?! No more days laying in bed feeling sorry for yourself!
It’s important to keep hydrated during this crazy hot weather the UK is having this summer, especially when you’re working out. Coconut cream prevents dehydration it replenishes the loss of water and electrolytes through sweating.
